EEG7500 – Enhanced Electronic Digital Speed Controller and Positioner
The EEG7500 is an enhanced electronic digital speed controller and positioner that operates either GAC’s standard proportional actuators or bidirectional motors. The EEG7500 provides extra performance and capability in speed governing with optional position feedback control. This offers precise fuel limiting and flexible authority for torque curve shaping, making it the best choice for variable speed applications. It also can operate as a positioner allowing for non-governing applications such as lambda or valve control.  It’s compatible with most GAC actuators as well as DC motors like aftermarket Bosch automotive throttle bodies.

GAC’s EEG7500 digital governor is designed to regulate engine speed on diesel and gaseous fueled engines. When paired with a GAC actuator or motor, the EEG system is an upgrade for any mechanical governor system that needs flexibility, precision, or accurate control of governed speed. The EEG is designed for industrial engine applications from generator sets, mechanical drives, pumps, compressors, and off-road mobile equipment.
Programmed using GAC’s free Config Tool Software from your PC, the EEG is set up with a user-friendly interface for application configuration as well as diagnostics and ease of troubleshooting.
