Returns Policy

*** All discrepancies or returns must be reported within 30 days after the date of the invoice. Products returned for credit must be received within 30 days of invoice date and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Custom or Special order products are returnable for warranty repair or replacement only. Products returned without prior approval, a copy of the sales receipt or invoice, and a note detailing the problem will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges! Please use a carrier that provides a tracking or confirmation number. Power Systems Plus, Inc. cannot be held responsible for lost packages on customer returns – claims will have to be made through the shipper. ***
